TT Price

My mate is selling a good black TT 225 coupe, with sat nav, full leather, bose, 6cd, 43k miles, full Audi S/h, with 6 mths warranty remaining on a "w" 2000. What would you guys say a fair price was?

That's about the same spec/colour/age as our TT.

Quick sale £17k private (if it's clean)
Price to hope for £18.5k
Trade price £14k

Thing is, there are absolutely loads of TTs on the market and they aren't cheap cars to insure, and they play to a limited market. 180hp and LHD models seem to be up for 15k though (too much IMO) and all the rest pre 2002 seem to be a tiny bit more (i.e. under 20k).
