hi

After months of deliberation I'm taking the plunge and joining the RS6 club - can't wait!.. Looking for the right car at the moment and am looking at one at Fontain - anyone had any experience with them? good, bad or rumour? Please post or mail me.. Thanks..

Fontains are well regarded as a good Audi Indy.

are you going for the V10 version or earlier? I am toying with one of the V8s myself in saloon form....lot of car for the money!

It's the V8 Avant, one of my friends has one and they're fantastic bit of kit for the money..

I'd ask you to substantiate that comment on both counts.

EDIT: Just saw the question mark - but I assure you I/we are neither wink

As my brother points out, I bought an excellent example of an RS4 from Fontain a couple of months ago.

I found them to have excellent examples at great prices.
Although, some of their sales service could be better.

It was a project for BBC Top Gear I worked on a few years ago - unfortunately, the pilot's "gentle test run" wasn't so gentle and they broke it before we had a chance to try and get it airborn laugh
