New model A3 in the pipeline?

[theaxe]

After a recent visit to a completely disinterested VW dealer (no one even said hello) I decided against a Golf and went to my friendly Audi dealer instead.

The A3 looks good for what we need but I don't want to place an order just to find out that a new model is coming in soon. Does anyone know when the next A3 is likely to come out?

I guess, looking at the new A3 Cabrio, that the A3 is about to get a facelift?

[cuprabob]

I believe it's getting a facelift around June this year so it may be worth hanging on to get the facelifted model or to get a better deal on the last of the current models

[Waugh-terfall]

On that note, when does the facelifted A6 come out?

It's being 'chav-lifted' I'd say. MY2009 production I believe.
