RS246.com for the RS2.
And agreed for the S2forum.com or audifans.net
finding a standard S2 will be harder these days. The S2 came in two versions the 3B 220bhp and the later ABY 230bhp 6speeder (380nmm torque is the big difference. All derived from the same 2.2 20v turbo engine.
Price will differ as well, dont expect to find a clean RS2 for less than £10k.
S2's around half that, but available in avant and salon form.
RS2 only in avant form. 315bhp and for me much more of an enthusiast car. IMHO i believe they should be kept near standard as the purpose was a road/track/ fast avant as a real first. More "special" than the S2.
If you want a track day car, personally i would go for an S2 in nothelle/MTM form then think about uprating it. Laods of options fort the S2.. loads. as will the hill of money you will need. and be careful where you select for the S2, good garages and working venues are getting thinner on the ground

Thanks Chaps.
I have been looking at this car (which is local to me).
here
Looks nice at the price and could scrub up quite easily?
All Audi in Bristol also have the RS2 i mentioned. Its a fully working car stolen recovered with nothing missing or broken except for the diff.
Any thoughts?

DId you mean Avant and coupe?Unless you meant it's a hairdresser's car?
There aren't any S2 saloons in the Uk, officially.
Owned a B4 CQ for 3 years, still best car i have ever owned.
although i know Audi built a tiny number of S2 saloons, edit:: 307 i thought it was less.
Personally if i wanted a track ready 20vt car, i would buy this

Also agree wouldn't bother with a scrapped S2 either, RS2 yes.
