centrol locking

hi, everyone my centrol locking is us, everything else works o k but i have to open doors with key boot too if i am not quick the siren sounds any help would be great many thanks paul

I don't know anything about these systems but if you post make, model, year, spec and alarm type maybe someone else can help.

If this is a mkiv Golf (or othe VAG of the time) then it might be the door lock modules are playing up. VAG built them down to a price and things were so controlled that not enough solder was put onto the five contact pins within the units. This leads to the solder cracking and poor connection to the locking circuit.
