Who would bother???

This chap seems to have ordered 3 TT roadsters and intends to sell at a premium once having taken delivery/sell his deposit. I have two questions: One who would bother to pay over the odds for a car they produce in the 10s of thousands, two would'nt a Audi dealer frown on this sort of practice?

Audi don't care, so long as they get the sale, why would they be overly bothered? As for the premium, there are reasonable premiums being paid for TT2's at the moment. I was offered a reasonable premium for mine after i first took delivery. There's a long wait now, i think most dealers are saying the earliest you can get a coupe if you order now is September, don't know what it is for the Roadster.
