As mentioned in the title, anyone got any experience of fitting / having driven one of these conversions?

Starting to think I could do with more gee-gees again.

Dialynx would be able to do something. They've done a twin turbo S4 racecar so have plenty of experience.

Thanks for all those suggestions...

Does anyone run one?

Would like some driver input!

Was that a 2.7 or a 4.2?

I think they've done a bi-turbo 4.2 V8 - must be awesome.

However if the supercharger kit fitted will be costing me £10k ish then a Bi-turbo set up is defo out I think!

The one in the Dialynx B6 S4 isn't. It's an S4 V8 with two turbo's, where the headlights go.

It's a 4.2 turbo, S4 engine not RS6. It ran at Prescott hillclimb last weekend. I'm told it has 800+bhp, which i can well believe given the traction issues it was having even on slicks.

I had a chat with him at Curborough the first time out with it, he seemed to not want to tell me how much power it had. He runs an AP racing clutch and brakes, but standard gearbox and diffs he's got 5th and 6th blanked off. He did cook the brakes at Curborough though, but I think he broke the class record the same as he did at Liddon hill? a couple of week later.

It certainly seems very quick, but needs lots of work to reach its full potential. All that power is wasted on most hillclimbs but if he can get the handling and brakes sorted it'll be epic at somewhere like Shelsley Walsh.

Must be awesome...

I'm looking for a power upgrade that is driveable on the road though, as my mate's M3 V8 will arrive in September, and I can only just keep up with his current M3!

It's not an off the shelf thing though. Ask and they will provide really. Having seen the size of the turbos on that S4 i'd imagne there's plenty of scope for less power.
