Currently I n a 2000 TDi 115 'sport' Passat with 15" wheels.
I'm looking for a set of 16 or 17" wheels preferably from a different VW / Audi to keep a standard ish look and hopefully keep costs down. Any suggestions as to what will or won't fit?

Pretty much anything will fit up to 18" if you haven't dropped it too low. Have a look here:

I like the Audi RS4 style rims, and the wheel and tyre packages are quite reasonable.

If you do get some, let us know as I might have your old ones off you for my passat.

I'm looking ot upgrade on the cheap hence asking if wheels from othe VAG models would fit.
As regards the old wheels i would be more than happy to sell them if i find something suitable. They're not in fantastic condition though and tyres are about on the limit hence considering changing them. (Wasn't going to do anything till tyres needed replacing).
