Audi 2.3 Cabriolet

I am thinking of buying a K plate Audi 2.3 Cabriolet as a second car for the summer and potentially to keep for a few years. I have seen one in blue with matching hood (good condition) all the usual extras you would expect (leather, electric windows, cd etc) with 110,000 miles on the clock going for around £2000. Are there any particular weak areas to look for when considering purchasing and would this be considerd to be a god deal?
