Hi

Nipped Over from the lotus Forums..i have a Audi 3.O TDi with the Sat Plus system. How do you use the memory card slot? i have a 1 GB card with loads of songs and i cannot get mine to work , it is a 06 model

Thanks , any help will be much appreciated.

you just format it in your PC, copy/paste your MP3 files on there and put it in and it just works......

Make sure it's a standard SD card and not one of the newer SDHC cards - the SDHC ones don't work.

Make sure the card is formatted as FAT16 or FAT32.

Also ensure that it's only MP3's on the card. The unit doesn't support other music files.

Also the system can only handle cards up to 2Gb in size per slot = combined 4Gb.

A 4Gb card will not read.

Not correct - some of us have 4Gb cards working fine but there is a limit on the number of files / folders of 512.

The music files on the card must only be in MP3 or MP3pro format and not WMA or the IPOD standard (can't remeber what these files are called).
