I have just had my car serviced and have been told that the front and rear pads and discs and the brake fluid will need changing shortly. The dealership have quoted me somewhere in the region of £750-£800. Does anyone know of an independent near the Croydon/Bromley area where I can get it done cheaper? Cheers
Not in that exact area but a little further west in Epsom. CMB is a small independent operation that me and a few other mates go to - good at their jobs and don't rip you off.
Not an Audi specialist but I have the same car as you and they've done suspension work on my car before (replaced front ball joint - £30 for part, £30 to fit) and changed the brake fluid (2/3rds the price the Audi dealership wanted) - discs and pads won't be a problem.
They will always use OEM parts unless you ask them otherwise - another plus if you ask me.
