TT 1.8T engine - crank case pressurisation?

Hi folks - is it normal to have quite a bit of 'puffing' (ie. quite a bit of air movement) out of the oil filler neck on the TTs 1.8T engine (225) at idle - or is this a sign, like it certainly was in the old days, of bore wear / ring problems etc? Engine is 5 years old / 49k miles.

Define "quite a bit". There will obviously be some movement that you can feel with your hand over the filler cap hole, but not massive amounts.
