Hi just a quicky.

I can't find this info on Milltek's website, but how much extra BHP can you expect on a 2.7 RS4 from a Milltek 'zorst?

Anyone know?

Cheers,

Cat back or full system? On the 4.2 S4 they quote about 3-5bhp cat back and up to 15-20bhp full system (later if 100CPSI cats).

I would imagine around the same gains for a B5 RS4 if a little more.

Cat Back I think... It's already fitted to a car I'm considering.

So 390 - 400bhp perhaps?

Sound good.

Turbo cars love bigger exhausts so 20bhp with a full system is easily achievable I would say.

385 alreay so I would have thought 390-395 if it still at peak performance. I have heard of some B5's that haven't been that well maintained that are down on power through turbo / cambelt / transmission wear.

Would this not include other parts - fuelling and ECU?

Are you aware how much it costs to get up to this amount of power?

I know 2 rs4's with 455-476 bhp . they both run a full milltek with 100cpi cats , twin 2.5in system . they run mtm stage 3 map . I know 1 is going in to MRC for a 600bhp retune , with new turbos , manifolds , full twin 3in system ect .

As grizz states, a full exhaust inc. better cats + a remap of the ECU = 450bhp + on the RS4.

Anyone know the approx costs of doing this to a car?

Ive been looking for you guys tonight
Dave and Griz. Nice to hear you are thinking of me.
Great to catch up, as discussed Rs4 with miltec proper free flowing system even up to 500 bhp but here you are pushing injectors and turbos to their limits.
