RS2 - Looking to buy, advice required
Discussion
Hi,
New to this forum due to my looking to poss buying an RS2.
What should I be looking for? Are they prone to any kind of known failures/ weakpoints? Also, any good indipendents in the North West area for servicing? I currently only do about 6-8k miles a year, but would be looking to use as a daily driver, will I have any probs?
Cheers gents

Check out the Evo buying guide in issue 043 and visit www.rs246.com for lots of advice.
You shouldn't have any problems running it as a daily driver (I do ), but expect to be on first name terms with your local filling station attendant.
Parts are easy to source (either from Audi, Porsche or the independant German car spares suppliers) and there is still a good body of knowledge on their servicing and upkeep (none that I know of in the North West though).
Other than that, go for it!
