Audi approved bodyshop problems

My Audi went into an approved bodyshop on Tuesday after someone drove into the back of me. They wanted the car for 2 days and it would be finished Wed afternoon. It was not ready on Wed so phoned again yesterday and someone was going to phone me back. Just phoned them again and it is still not ready, no reasons given but apparently they will phone me later with an update. As you can imagine I am not best pleased at the moment, least of all because I have a sh***y Vauxhall hire car, but I cannot seem to get anywhere with them. It is an insurance job so it is not me that is paying, but what does anyone suggest I do? I had problems with them a few years ago when my last Audi had to go back 3 times to be repaired correctly. They are part of a reasonably large Audi/VW group of garages. HELP!

Have a moan at the insurance company? see if there's anything they can do?
