I'm thinking of ditching the M3 in favour of an RS4 and looking at specialists Fontain Motors seems to feature.
As one of the many people who have suffered at the hands of Rosso Corsa in the past I'm anxious not to have a repeat of that experience so just wanting to know if anyone has dealt with Fontain and if so were they OK?

Never used Fontain for servicing but did buy my S6 from them. The warranty included in the price was £400, and since it covered virtually nothing at all I'd gladly have saved the £400, with the benefit of hindsight. They also took the pee royally with my trade-in, a 20k mile Civic Type R which I'd owned from new, claiming it had clearly been in an accident and offering me £2k below book price. Obviously I didn't agree and took it back to the dealer I bought it from, who offered me £12k cash there and then for the car, because he couldn't get enough to sell at the time. I didn't even sell to him because I found another trader who offered me £500 more over the phone, so Fontain would have really stiffed me if I'd agreed to their offer.
I did use The Auto Pool for servicing - they're based behind Fontain's old premises, and Fontain didn't previously do servicing. They're excellent and had a bit of a dim view of Fontain setting up a servicing arm in competition, so do use them!
