would the gearbox need to be taken out to fit a new engine 1995 1.4 petrol aex.

it probably would be easier to take the gearbox out with the engine it is less hassle that way pretty simple as it is only a 1.4
you would probably struggle lining the gearbox up with the new engine if you leave the gearbox in
