Cleaning advice needed

I have a A4 with what Audi call Nardia microfibre (looks and feels like alcantara)

The steering has parts that are in this substance as does the gear lever but they are starting to go a bit smooth and lose the "nap". I dont want to use a suede brush to try and bring back as I think it may be a bit harsh

Can anyone recommend the best way to keep it looking its best please
