A3-Faulty ESP, Advice please.

Just bought an A3 1.9 DTI 130,so far very impressed BUT ?

The ESP warning light comes on after about 5/10 minutes of driving.
On starting all the warning lights go out and then when driving you can turn the ESP on and of by the dash switch (so far so good).But then it comes on for no apparent reason.If I stop and turn the ignition of then the warning light will go out and stay of again for about 5/10 minutes.

Any suggestens would be helpfull.
