Anyone used these guys? Quote for a service is nearly half that of a main dealer.

Did you use him in the end? I've just spoken to him about my S4 and booked him for a week or so's time, price was very competitive and he certainly seemed to know his mutard on the phone, also has a good track record and it turns out he would have been the former workshop manager at the main dealers that used to look after my S3 and supplied the S4, I guess the grand total of all that is you get the same bloke doing the service, warranty stays valid, for me more convienient as he will do the service at my works, it just means it's cheaper and I don't get to see the service receptionist who always wears blouses 2 sizes too small
