2005 A6 Tdi 3.0 with mising sat nav disc.anyone help ???

Just bought in a 2005 3.0 tdi quattro A6 avant .. has sat nav but some scrote has nicked the nav disc ! Ive tried in a disc from a 2002 older shape A6 and it doesnt recognise it..

wondering If I can find someone with the same disc (boot mounted drive) will I be able to copy the disc ???

also seen a few on Ebay but I dont know the part / disc number? can anyone have a look and give me the info I need..

I have the DVD sat nav fitted in my A8. Audi want €600 (approx £400 GBP) for the annual DVD upgrade here in Ireland - don't know what they want in the UK but it's probably something similar.

Try: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dl - I bought one from him a couple of weeks back and it arrived safely and installed without a problem. It's the 2006 disk rather than the 2007 one - I presume he buys them in from Audi when they go out of date - but its good enough for me and at €60 (£40) the price is good too.

thanks for the replys.. phoned Audi , £120 for the latest disc.. bought a 2005 one from ebay for £9.99.. different part no but out of the same car.. for a tenner worth a try !
