Need full set of tyres for 18 inch rim option car currently on Continental Sport contact 2 the car suffers from a lot of road noise not sure if tyres or just the car.
Any suggestions as to what tyres should go on next your views appreciated.

I would recommend Goodyear F1s, I found them much better than the Contis on my Leon Cupra R, although they can get a bit noisy when they wear down. You should be able to get them for between £100-£120 per corner

Dads just had Dunlop Sport maxx put on his Mk5 GTI and they seem pretty good...Evo seem to rate this tyre on the Golf and Megane Trophy I think.

Goodyear Eagle F1's I would put on and have done so on the front. Still got bridgestones on the back but when they need replacing, they will be F1's. A really good tyre in my opinion, i use them on my omega too.
