I've been struggling to find the answer to my wind noise problem. It occurs around 55mph+.
VW have replaced two rear light cluster seals and a boot catch (fuk knows why, maybe not pulling it down tight?) all with no avail.
Took it in for another service and told them to keep it until they could find the problem as it is under warranty.
Got a call yesterday to say its not warranty, its because of the design of the areial. They found that the straight aerial had been causing the wind noise and told me i needed to buy a pig taily one which is on some models.
Abit peeved off as its there design fault and should be paid for by them but decided to just get one for the same of a tenner.
