Golf mk4 bumper

Had a slight altercation with a tow bar and need to replace the front bumber on a V5...is there a site anywhere that shows how to do this (for a reasonably useless DIYer) or should I leave it to a professional?

Secondly is the V5 bumber ths same as any golf 4 as I have seen one on ebay for £50 and don't know whether to buy it..?

Or in the thread below on sidelights. Looks easy but I'd lay in a few spare fastenings just in case you have to butcher something to get it off.

looks pretty simple to remove and replace the bumper, thanks to those links.

Has anyone dealt with "Epanels" who I found on ebay to source a new bumper, or can suggest another suplier who can supply it painted too in the South East?
