I am seriously considering the new TT but will need to travel with my 9 month old daughter every now and then so will need to be able to fit a car seat in the back (I know you can get ISOFIX so I am assuming the seat fits!)... but how much space is there really for a baby / toddler when in the seat?

Does anyone have any experience?

Thanks.

I don't know the answer but am betting on the fact that I can fit two in there, for my 5 year old and my 9month old. Mine arrives in March and my M3 goes.

A good forum for TT discussion is www.tt-forum.co.uk/

They have a thread on this subject so hopefully will be able to help you guys out

I just ordered the 3.2v6 TT for delivery in May, no kids but the wife sat in the back, leg room wasnt so much the problem as head room, never accept a lift in the back of one unless its only for 10 mins or your about 5ft 4!!!

I thought the Audi TT's came fitted as standard with child seats in the back. They're certainly not designed for adults with legs!

This reminds me of the film 'About A Boy' when Hugh Grant put the baby seat in the front. lol

Seriously though I think it is a tight squeeze and there would be restricted space. In my opinion I would think about the safety of the kiddy first. Why not get a S4 instead? Quality car and still fun.

Anyway, good luck.
