Must be recorded as damage/repaired, otherwise it wouldn't be mentioned in the advert would it? So it's overpriced, even with the brakes.
I paid less for a straight 225bhp 2002 model, admittedly with no nav and only standard brakes, wheels, but FASH and with 66k on it over a year ago.
Would need more pics, but the seats don't look to have held up well for 43k either...mine are fresher at 91k.

Id stay clear. Your better off going for a standard car without all the mods. For a start there cheapo ebay wheels. So if hes faffed with the brakes then you dont know whats been done cheaply on them. And also why would he upgrade the brakes?, seems to me its been thrashed around a track to me and thats why its been damaged.
