Wrong Seats

My RS4 Avant has just arrived at the dealer...with the wrong seats...they've specced the recaros rather than the wrap around (standard) ones... which i really like...grrr...what should i do...!?

What does it say on the spec sheet when you ordered the car?

You can return it under the Sale And Return of Goods Act and state it isn't as you ordered it.

Haven't taken delivery yet...they know they've messed up...

I'd go and drive it with the seats it's got, before you decide.

I love my seats (the standard ones) but there are a number of people who find them a bit tight over distance. Rugby types mostly. I know it takes away the charachter of the car but if it doesn't annoy you too much you may prefer the Recaros.

As for looking at the spec sheet it may not help as both are listed as Recaro.

tried them out yesterday, they dont look as cool as the buckets, and dont feel as nice sat in the showroom, but i think they are on balance more comfortable... appart from that the car looked and felt great esp. the suede steering wheel! I'll try and get some freebies out of them....
