Door damage.

Folks,

Advice welcomed please.

Long n short:

5am, Wandsworth Rd, I parked my Golf GTI roadside and opened my door and smacked in into a passing articulated truck's trailer, it was so long and low that i thought it had passed me. Anyway, i got away lightly with only the edge of the door being scraped and pressed inwards. Who would be the people to trun to please to mend the door damage?

Sounds like you were at fault for this. I would get it looked at first by a dealer then get a bodyshop thats recommended. I know quite a few body shops but they charge £35.00 per hour.

any hinge damage? if not it shouldn't be too dear to repair
