My A6 heater smells of curry !

....friend told me the heater matrix is leaking....anyone got any other suggestions ?...
and no it doesn't just do it at tikka-over,or full chaat as another mate suggested....

Has any of the trim started to 'sag' yet?

You'd better pop-a-dum to your local dealer to get it checked out...

Joking aside, does it smell the same if you remove the cap from the cooling system header tank?

That was a suggestion,but havent got round to it yet.....will try it tomorrow and report back.
