I have driven the RS4 cab, nice enough car. Didnt feel particularly different from a standard RS4 and certainly didnt notice anything to flabby about it. Horses for courses, I'd go for the standard RS but I'm sure others will differ...

Justin,

If you are thinking about an M3 can I suggest you take a look at bm3w.com, if you haven't already done so.

We're already halfway through Dec, with festive drinking on the horizon so go for Jan 2nd. Although I'm guessing the audi salesman wants you to register it this month.....

I've had my RS4 Cab since the beginning of June and absolutely love it. I know it's expensive but I can't find another car which ticks so many boxes for the money. i.e a practical great looking high performance softtop

Had my Saloon since June as well - Picked up week after you Daz!

Awesome bit of kit, was out in it last night with my business partner in the Cranfield area - havent had so much fun in such a long time! I never cease to smile when driving it.... For me it is the perfect car - everything I wanted!

Any questions please pm or ask here or get over to www.rs246.com ;-) You will love it and its so much more exclusive than the Beemer

This car is so on top of my next car list. Took one for an extended test drive in the summer and was blown away by its all round ability.

Not due to change the Z until May 08, so i'm hoping i'll find a 05/55 plate with 30k on the clock for about £30k.

drove one around silverstone at the weekend, was brilliant, great poise around the track and very adjustable.

Steve,

Please correct me if I am wrong (And i quite probably am) But I think the first customer deliveries were on 06 plates (Mar 06) as mine was one of the first around.

My dad has just taken delivery of his RS4 Avant and I saw it last weekend. Looks very nice - very muscular and compact, although I did misjudge the seats when I got in and got a thigh bolster up my arse crack. Ouch.

We only had 10 mins or so for a test drive, unfortunately, and didn't get a chance to open her up at all. However, I did really like the car.

On the contrary; it sounds like the ideal Christmas present to oneself.
