As mine is being repaired, I'm in an 06 plate RS 4 Cabriolet and it's a different beast from the Saloon.

Feela alot heavier and the steering response somehow seems different.

I will pop some pics on here as soon as I can get some proper ones.

I ve got an S4 cab 04 but never tried a saloon is the saloon better in your opinion?
Must admit I like driving with the roof down (roof was down last saturday)if its not raining its roof off!!!

I've had both the rs4 saloon and the cab. The saloon was a much more involving drive. Admitedly I didn't have much of a comparison as someone nicked the cab after 4 days.

IMO,

I much prefer the saloon, it's quite alot lighter and seems much more responsive.

That said the handling is still very keen considering it's a cabriolet and scuttle shake is almost non-existant.

The looks imo let it down alot, why did Audi put that ruddy horrible silver strip all along the front pillars?

As I said only got the S4 but its a fantastic car, glad I choose it over an M3

Steering feels fine to me.
