just got myself a pipercross direct replacement for pennies.

Anything to be aware of before I start unscrewing things?

Can these things have knowkc on effects elsewhere? Is it a right pain to get into the airbox?

hints and tips for a complete novice please

will it make a blind bit of difference?

Cheers

Is it a cone filter or does it sit in the air box? Dead easy to replace if in the air box. Either phillips screws or just clips that flip up to release the upper of the air box then remove and refit. If it's a cone filter remove the jubilee clip from back of the air box, just before the MAF sensor. Then remove the airbox complete. Fit your cone as the instructions suggest. Probably get a little more response, maybe a couple of horsies, and a bit more noise. No probs though.

It sits in the air box.

There's a spray with it too. Any ideas?

THanks
