Drill it out.
If you use left handed drill bits it may pull the screw out undamaged.
Even if you dont get the screw out it is not hugely important. The disc is held in place by the wheel bolts, just helps line up the hub to the disc when changing wheels etc. Many cars S4 etc do not have a retaining screw.
