brochures...still waiting

Asked for a brochure from the Audi web site, got a out of stock reply letter but will post as soon as in, ordered again, waited 2 weeks and tried again but got the same reply letter via the post, this was now about 2 months ago!

Phoned local Audi dealer asked for 2 brochures to be posted, still waiting. 2 weeks ago.

I liked Audi web site, but if they cant even post a brochure (x2) or the dealer cant post a brochure that does not look too good for customer service and is making me think twice about buying an Audi.

still waiting.

ps Saab's brochure was within 2 days.
