Audi A3 clock adjustment

Anyone know how to put the clock back one hour in an A3?

Which model? I'm not sure about the new ish one (8P) but on the 8L like in my car pic, you just pull out the little adjuster below the digital clock and to the right slightly on the instruments, that lets you adjust hours, then pull again to keep going through secs the date etc.

It's a 2001 A3 Tdi 110 SE.

If I pull out the switch then the hour flashes but if I pull it again the minutes then flash. I'll try pulling it a bit slower (ooooerrr Missus).

Opps, I missed the bit out that I thought was obvious which come to think of it probably isn't, once it's flashing you can turn the knob in either direction to adjust the time...

I did try that but I may not have been twisting my knob hard enough.

It's only the tip that you pull out that turns, it doesn't turn all the way around just a little if that makes sense.
