Anybody know how to disable the sensors on a 2000 model Passat 1.9tdi sport?
Driving the poor dog nuts, even not locking car it automatically enables after a few minutes.

Thanks.

Not sure about Passats but I'll hazard a guess 99.9% of all VAG products are the same, on similar age Golfs and Polos there is a button, usually hidden somewhere out the way that has a picture of a car with 3 arcs coming down from the roof, this button turns off the interior sensors.
On Mk4 Golfs it is on the B pillar base to the right of the drivers seat.

Exactly the same place as on my A6 (which is only Passat with a smart suit on). There was a button in the central cubby on the TT which did the same.

Had brief look last night but couldn't find anything.
Will have to wait for the weekend and have a search in daylight. Manual show it being in door shut but damned if i can see it.
