Where are all the Audi A6 4.2ltr

I am looking for a real nice Audi A6 4.2 litre V8. Few weeks ago there was a couple out there now there seems to be not too many. Does anyone know of any dealers that take them off the hands of audi garages. For those older Part ex's or if anyone knows where them might have seen one.

Id give my right arm to find one somewhere.

I looked at an S6 a few weeks ago, up for 14900, X reg, 45k, silver, a bit tired though. At a dealer on autotrader. Good car.

I've heard that most of the 4.2 sport cars were audi dealer demo as the S6 was generally bought more often by buyers, a big step up and not a huge money difference.

So... 4.2's were generally ex-Audi and quite rare.

yes - very rare ..I looked for one 18 months ago.....maybe try an S6 - not much more cash.....

Am realy not that fussy whether its the S6 or the A6 just really wanting that nice growling 4.2 V8 that they have. I have missed out on 3 opportunities recently. I will eventually get one but as i now dont have a car myself i am soo tempted to spend the cash lol.

Not like when i went visiting the local audi garages and i see some luck guy looking at an A4 Cabriolet. Dad was paying. Some people.

For now its hang tight or wait for the lottery or whichever comes 1st.
