In accordance with the no naming and shaming.

My boss is having a bit of a rough time with his Audi dealer over a total FU by them.

Has anybody got a name or number of someone at Audi HQ so that he's got someone to talk to if his issues don't get resolved please?

Many thanks,

Crook

Write a physical letter to Audi UK explaining what happened and why you are not happy. They will contact your dealer and tell them to sort it out. Hopefully the dealer will listen this time. I did this and it worked (eventually) but I am never going back to that dealer again.

Thanks.

Is it just to the customer services dept rather than any specific name?

The only reason I ask is that sending it to a person is easier to chase than a dept.

Ring up Audi UK and ask for the name of the Customer Care Manager. I did this a few years ago and was put through to a very helpful lady in charge and I explained the problem to her... I had been trying to arrange a test drive for 7 weeks (!!!) and the garage couldn't be bothered... To say she was horrified by the customer care was an understatement. She asked if she could intervene on my behalf, and lo and behold, not 5 miutes after getting off the phone to her the local garage (suitably chastened) rang to arrange a test drive...
I eventually had the last laugh... I took the car out for a test drive, told the guy I loved it, but because of their pi** poor service, I'd already ordered one elsewhere (Germany) and saved myself £6k...
Good luck - hope you get a helpful response from Auid UK.
