Patrico from here has just been overtaken in hampshire by a black RS6 policecar with lights & sirens, woohoo!

Are they sure it was an RS6? Unmarked Black RS4 saloons have been spotted in Hampshire before.

Yeah, new RS4's. There's been a couple of sightings of them on the M27 and in Portsmouth.

I think it must have been an RS6, despite patrico's limited auto knowledgle I think he would know the difference

theres a black RS6 Avant unmarked in Essex ....just like mine...no-wonder people pull over for me when Ive got my blue work shirts on

yeah, I've seen a black RS4 on the M27 between Southampton and Ringwood

nearly caught me out at 90+ but spotted the four rectangular lights in the front grill (two aerials on hind quarters confirmed it was bill as it blasted past)

respect in terms of their car choice though!

I wonder if any council tax payers in Hants would be kind enough to post an image of the little leaflet that the police send out with the bill (ignore the pun) which shows how they have used taxpayers money over the year.

Also I wonder if in this country the police use confiscated cars for the officers? I remember seeing a pic of a 911 Cabrio in police colours in some former Eastern Bloc country which they used for traffic patrols, having confiscated it from a drug dealer!
