I can recommend 'The Phirm' just up the A3 in Farnham for the service. They undertake both servicing and tuning to all VAG vehicles. I can tell you that their work is second to none (and cheaper than a dealer).

They can also advise you on anything even if you just fancy giving them a call.

At 40k you need a Haldex oil and filter change if I recall correctly from my old S3 225, as opposed to the Haldex oil change done every 20k. Think it needs the brake fluid changing as well but I can't remember for certain. My bill was around 400 quid at a London main dealer I think.

I'm pretty sure the service book tells you at the front what work is due at which interval - have a look.
