Has any one here driven the new Leon or Altea FR Petrol or diesel?
They both look similar, but which is the larger? need room for the dogs!....I do like the new Leon, definitely on my coolwall...... but if it's to small I may opt for the Skoda Octavia vRS Estate.

Leon is plenty roomy in the cabin. Much more room than other cars used at my work (Saab 9-3, BMW 3 etc). 4 six footers can be seated fine. Boot is not huge though. I've got a TDI 140 Sport which I think is great, the torque is fantastic
Not driven a Altea so cant comment. I would guess they are similar sized, with more headroom and a deeper boot.
I looked at a Octavia but in the end thought the Leon was maginally better on the motorway but was much better to drive than the Skoda.
The only downside of the Seat I find is the build quality, its not bad but it is not perfect. I've got a few sqeakes and rattles after 16k miles....
