hi there

have been look at the ibiza cupra mk1 can anyone tell me what is the diference between the 8v and the 16v?

Plus what are your opinoins on the mk1 or mk2 1.8t

The difference is 8 valves mate + couple of insurance groups higher + slightly more peformance, but not really a huge amount to be honest.

I think you'll find you are actually referring to the mk2. See posts on www.seatcupra.net where this has been discussed many times.
