Jammed?? CD in my MK5 Golf

Please help!
I was happily listening to Madonna on my way home from work on the standard CD player that came with my MK5 Golf. When I went out again later the CD wouldn't play, it says Track 1 00:00 and wont let me skip or eject
I tried turning on and off and restarting the engine etc.
Does anyone know how I can get my CD out/ make the CD player work again??
Expect I have to take it to a dealer.....hmmmmmm.....

Be careful what Cd's you put into a single cd player.
I had to remove a jammed cd recently from a Stilo- the guy was complaining that it was the players fault until i removed it and it turned out to be a double sided cd!
Theyre half as thick again as a normal one....no wonder it stuck!
