Be the second name on the logbook of a Mark 1 Golf GTI!

The elderly widow who lives next door to me is keen to sell her 1981 (X plate) Mark 1 Golf GTI which she has owned since new. Her family have put her under pressure to get something newer, safer etc. The car is black with an orange/black interior and she says she has an extensive history for it. It has 111500 miles and the bodywork does need some TLC. She is keen that it goes to an enthusiast and is not scrapped or driven into the ground.
