St Albans - Independent Audi Servicing?

Anybody any recommendations?

Our 2000 A4 1.8 T Sport is coming up for her service in <1000 miles (variable service interval - coming up for 64K miles) brakes were done last year but I know the cam belt is due and I know the Audi dealer would take me for a grand minimum (I'll get a quote today) so I'm keen to find a friendly independent in the area to look afer her.

Hi mate, tomm from SELOC...

I have my 1.8T A3 serviced at Follett Motors over by London Colney, just off the A414. Good bloke(s), really know their stuff. Family members use them for other VAG cars too.

Avoid Chapman on Hatfield Rd, I won't use them again after they opened my driver's door in to a brick wall, taking the paint off the trailing edge and then denying all involvement. Big thumbs down.
