Help again! Key fob stopped working...

Hello there! My battery has been disconnected on my 2.0tdi A4 today, now my keyfob no longer seems to work to lock/unlock the doors. I assume its gone out of synch somehow.

Any tips on resetting it without going back to the dealer?
