Without going into it I've had a long running wrangle with audi ref my rs4, they arent sorting any of my problems out (thats another story), I've given up & dont care anymore but they did make an amazingly kind gesture.

If I decide to buy a new RS4 then they have offered a staggering £500 off the purchase price, i'mm currently typing this from a blackberry as I raced out of my front door to get to the dealer to give them the other 48grand

Preston Audi have been second to none when dealing with my wifes car. The best garage we have used. suppose you pay for it though.
