How many Sport quattros are there on the roads?

What sort of money do they go for and do they come up for sale often?

Sport values are between 40K & 50K but it's all down to condition at the end of the day. There must be about a dozen or so squireled away throuout the UK.
Every now and then another one will get imported from europe.

In fact there's one for sale in the April edition of............. Classic & sport car in the German section, yours for 75.000 euros I think it's had a total restoration with a 430 bhp engine.

Or contact Roger Galvin at the quattro workshop 01455 208037. He deals in quattro's........ and has a Sport quattro himself, he just got his last year, and it's not for sale at any price.

more just interested in them than actually with a view to buy! (chance'd be a fine thing though!)

I've got C&SC so I'll have a flick through it later. I just think they're fantastic looking cars, and the sort of thing that some car maker (any would do) should be making today.

Thanks

There are 200 in total, though I guess you know that already.

Evo took one for a quick spin around Bedford in last months issue (the one with the RS4) and loved it, as you'd expect. I think one of the lines was something like: "Audi has forgotten more about chassis design in the last 20 years than most manufacturers have ever known".
