I have 'last years' Audi A6 and desperately trying to stay one step ahead of the kids regarding tech stuff!

There are 2 x MP3 ports behind the Sat Nav screen.
I'm looking at buying an IPOD - how does it all works? What do you put into the slots? Is this comaptible with any MP3 player?

I phoned Audi UK and they were very pleasant but ultimately useless.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

The slots take SD cards which look like an oversized sim card, if you get one and a card reader you can dump a load of mp3s onto it, load it into your car and play it through the stereo

If you're looking to hook an iPod into your satnav, get a Dension IceLink Plus for it - it plugs in place of the multi-stack CD player. About £100 and the best money I spent, because I don't have to worry about having 30+ CDs in the car.
