MK V GTI Pedals
Discussion
I've had my Mk V GTI for about 4 months now, but after several months of trying to heel and toe I've conceded defeat! The brake pedal it too far away from the accelerator and is also probably too high. Does anyone know of any aftermarket pedals (covers, arms or the pedals themselves) that would make it easier, or has anyone removed the break pedal arm and bent it (suggestion on how to do this would also be helpful)?
Any suggestions any one has would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You can save your money on this one - probably not what you want to hear, but the Mk5 Golf has the same brake management brain as the Mk4, so as soon as you touch the brake pedal, all power is cut, no matter how hard you press the accelerator.
Frustrating I know, as I've always liked to induce oversteer like this on 2WD cars.
